Just got back from the gym. I decided I needed a new plan as some of the old one was getting easy but also because I want to strengthen my knee which Im a bit worried about! (The new plan is at the bottom of the page - if you're interested)
So.......I saw lovely Sheryl again (although after some of her hideous additions to my routine Im not so sure shes still lovely?!). No, kidding aside, she has done it again and I know I'll be moving forward if I can get my head around the routine and practice it all the time! Shes given me loads more exercises that will help me paddle the kyack (oh, canoe you know what I mean!) and if I can balance long enough I should be able to strengthen my knee for the cycling.
I told her Id done 2 spin classes and I know shes dead impressed! I think shes taking one soon.............no way Im doing one of hers though its her favourite exercise!
I had a go on one of the low impact running machines (Ive forgotten what you call them) - very weird but maybe a good idea for this week as I push my knee with the new exercises.
My fundraising goes live on the webpage on Tuesday so Im all excited and will have to link it up to here if I can figure it out.
