Good points are;
- its over!
- I dont have to go again until next week!
- I did manage the whole class so I am fitter than originally
Bad points are;
- Owww
- Ouch
- Agghhhhh
- the realisation that tomorrow its going to hurt even more!
Ah well, alls fair in the pursuit of fitness, wellbeing, and ....lots of other peoples money for a good cause huh!
