I have just graduated from the hallowed halls of the gym (nice warm DRY halls I might add!)
and I have done my first outdoor run, ............. in the real world, ................. in the wet and windy outdoors!
Id like to say it was fun or even life affirming - but actually it was wet, dark and hurt lots!!!!!!
Aah well, tomorrow wont be so bad ................................and so to bed.
