Well Im back at it. Training started properly again at the beginning of the week and (apart from forgetting to post it on the blog!)its going well.
Im not as far behind as I thought I might be. I can still do 10kms comfortabley and on Tuesday managed to push a little harder and do nearly 15....so its a start!
Ive swum tonight and that was ok too - so maybe its not ALL doom and gloom.
Now as long as I dont eat the doughnut sitting in the fridge...............................................................
